About

We get people into homes. That is the entire business.

Metrecx is a homebuying strategy team and a buyer's advocate. We work on the part of a home purchase that nobody else in the transaction is assigned to: how it is built, and whether it serves the person buying.

Why this exists

Buying a home is the largest transaction most people ever enter, and it is explained to them in a language written by the institutions on the other side of it. Terms that sound neutral move real risk onto the buyer. Costs that sound procedural consume real money. Most people sign anyway, because the alternative is not buying.

Metrecx was built on a simple position: mortgage language should stay with the mortgage people, and somebody in the room should be working for the buyer on the structure itself. That is the job we took.

What Metrecx is not

Not a bank. Not a mortgage company. Not a real estate brokerage. We do not take loan applications, we do not make loan offers, and we do not represent buyers or sellers in a real estate transaction.

We do not replace your agent, and we do not want to. Your own agent stays with you from the first conversation to the closing table, which is both the right thing and a deliberate check on us.

We are also not neutral, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. Metrecx is paid when a purchase closes. What that means in practice is that our interest and yours point the same direction, and that you should ask us the same hard questions you would ask anyone else in the transaction. We will answer them.

Who you deal with

A named person, not a queue. Every evaluation is done by someone you can reach again, and whoever walks you through a structure is the person who built it.

Metrecx works with buyers nationwide, alongside their own agents and the licensed professionals each transaction requires.
