Sending documents
Paperwork is arranged with a person, never through email.
Anything with a number on it that matters, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, identification, is arranged directly with the person handling your file. They will set up a secure way to send it and walk you through it. Nothing sensitive should be sent by email.
Signatures are handled the same way, with identity verification and a record of what was signed and when. If you ever receive a request for documents that did not come from the person handling your file, it did not come from us. Call the number above and check.
