For agents and brokers

Submit a buyer.

Send the situation rather than a lead. A few minutes, no documents, and a person reads it. You get a reference number on this screen and in your inbox, and you stay the agent the whole way through.

Nothing sensitive at this stage. Do not enter a Social Security number, a date of birth, an account number or a document anywhere on this page. If the file turns out to need something specific, you will get a request for that one thing, with the reason attached.

Who is referring

Attribution stays attached to the file for as long as it is open.

The buyer

Optional. Leave it out if you have not spoken to them about this yet.

The transaction

If there is no property yet, say where they are looking and we will work from that.

Whole dollars, or a range if they are still shopping.

Only if there is one. It tells us how fast to move.

Why you are calling

Tick whatever fits. More than one is normal.

What a good outcome looks like

This tells us what to weigh first.

Anything else worth knowing

What they are trying to do, what stopped them, and anything you already know that would save everyone a round of questions.

Sending this does not create an application for credit, an approval, a denial, or any obligation on either side. Read the Privacy Policy before you send a third party's contact details, and please make sure your buyer is content for you to share them.

What happens after you send it

  1. Initial review. A person reads the file and decides whether there is anything here worth working on. You hear back either way.
  2. A short list, if one is needed. If the answer depends on something we do not have, you get a request for those items and nothing else. We do not collect documents on the chance they turn out to be relevant.
  3. The comparison. A traditional purchase and a Metrecx structure, side by side, with the categories kept apart rather than rolled into a single savings claim.
  4. Your read on it. Before anything reaches your buyer, you check the real estate side: agency, property facts, offer timing, and what the listing side will actually accept. You have a fiduciary duty and a license behind it, and that check is the point of keeping you in the middle.
  5. Your buyer decides. In writing, before committing, including whether title transfers at closing. Carrying on exactly as they were is one of the available answers.

Metrecx is not a brokerage and is not licensed to represent buyers in a real estate transaction. The buyer is yours, through showings, offer and closing. More on how the referral works.
